A validated receipt can confirm that the recorded structure, version relationship and requester sign-off meet the product’s workflow rules. It is not a forensic guarantee, certification of underlying work or substitute for professional judgement.

Organisations must continue to use competent inspections, identity controls, statutory systems, contractual certification and payment processes where those are required.
