PUBLIC WEBSITE TERMS · UPDATED 1 OCTOBER 2026

Terms for using this website.

These terms apply to the public Verified Dispatch website and synthetic demonstration operated by Stripout London Ltd. A controlled pilot requires a separate written agreement.

Using the website

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not damage, disable, overload, interfere with or compromise the website, its security or another person’s use.

You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, evade access controls, probe non-public systems, scrape the site unreasonably, misrepresent the synthetic demonstration as a real operational record, or use it to send or process real work information.

Public information only

The website explains a developing product and its controlled-pilot offer. Public content is general information, not professional, legal, insurance, surveying, engineering, compliance or procurement advice. It may be changed as the product develops.

Synthetic demonstration

The demonstration uses fictional organisations, people, properties, references, messages and files. It runs in the browser and is provided to illustrate the workflow. It does not send a real text or email, dispatch a contractor, upload evidence or change production data.

Actions in the demonstration do not create a contract, instruction, work order, appointment, acceptance of real work, service commitment, payment entitlement or authority to act.

Evidence and product boundary

Verified Dispatch is designed to record defined digital events, versions and requester decisions. It does not independently prove identity, attendance, location, evidence truth, chain of custody, work quality, regulatory compliance, insurance coverage, claim validity, liability, causation, quantum or payment entitlement.

Organisations remain responsible for competent inspections, identity and access controls, statutory systems, contractual certification, safeguarding, approvals and payment processes where required.

Controlled pilots

A pilot begins only when separately agreed in writing. The agreement must define scope, authorised roles, data controls, permitted recipients, integrations, support boundaries, success criteria, stop conditions and commercial terms. A public enquiry does not oblige either party to proceed.

No public pricing, integration, service level, availability level or production capability should be treated as agreed unless it appears in that separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

The website, product name, design, copy, demonstration and underlying software are owned by or licensed to Stripout London Ltd, except where another owner is identified. You may view the public website for legitimate evaluation. No other licence, right to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell or create a derivative service is granted.

Links and third-party services

The website may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party hosting and communications services. We do not control third-party content or terms and are not responsible for them. A link does not by itself imply endorsement or an integration commitment.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the public website available and accurate, but it may be suspended, withdrawn, changed or unavailable without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that all public information will remain current at every moment.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, the public website and synthetic demonstration are provided for evaluation and information. Stripout London Ltd is not responsible for decisions, instructions, expenditure or operational action taken in reliance on a synthetic example or an unagreed product capability.

Privacy

Our privacy notice explains how information connected with the public website and enquiries is handled. Do not enter sensitive or live operational information into the demonstration or send it through a public enquiry.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website or public offer changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to hello@verified-dispatch.com.
