FACTUAL PRODUCT FAQ

Questions, answered within the evidence boundary.

Concise answers for operational, procurement and claims teams reviewing the product.

01

What is Verified Dispatch?

A controlled, tenant-bound record of an external instruction, provider response, declared completion information, correction and requester acceptance.

02

What does “verified completion” mean?

A validated, versioned workflow receipt with explicit requester sign-off. It does not mean independent verification of a physical event or the truth of submitted evidence.

03

Does it prove identity or attendance?

No. It does not independently prove personal identity, physical attendance, GPS location, evidence truth, work quality or compliance.

04

Is the public demonstration real?

No. Every organisation, property, person, reference and file descriptor in the public demonstration is fictional.

05

Who is it for?

Teams that issue work to external providers and need a clearer instruction-and-return record, including property, facilities, housing, public-property, insurance and claims operations.

06

How can an organisation start?

Request a controlled pilot for one bounded workflow. Scope, roles, data controls, commercial terms and success criteria are agreed separately.

07

Is a public price available?

No public price is published while commercial terms are under review.
