EVIDENCE AND CLAIMS GUIDE

What does “verified completion” mean in a digital workflow?

The word “verified” can imply more than a software record can safely establish. A clear product definition should state exactly what has been validated and what remains outside the system.

The bounded workflow meaning

In Verified Dispatch, verified completion means an accepted provider submission with declared evidence metadata, a validated versioned receipt and explicit requester sign-off.

What the receipt can establish

It can identify the recorded instruction version, provider-return version, correction history and requester decision within the digital workflow.

What it cannot establish by itself

It does not independently prove identity, attendance, GPS location, evidence authenticity, work quality, regulatory compliance, insurance coverage, claim validity or payment entitlement.

Keep real-world controls in place

Inspections, identity controls, professional judgement, statutory systems, contractual certification and payment processes remain necessary where the workflow requires them.

APPLY THE WORKFLOW

Verified Dispatch provides a controlled contractor instruction and completion-return record while preserving the distinction between a digital workflow decision and independent proof of real-world work.
