PUBLIC WEBSITE PRIVACY NOTICE · UPDATED 1 OCTOBER 2026
How we handle information on this website.
Verified Dispatch is operated by Stripout London Ltd as a Verified Infrastructure product. This notice covers the public website and pilot enquiries, not data processing under a separately agreed pilot.
Who is responsible
Stripout London Ltd is responsible for personal information handled through this public website and related enquiries. Questions or requests can be sent to hello@verified-dispatch.com.
Information we receive
If you prepare or send a pilot enquiry, the information may include your organisation, work type, the roles that send and receive instructions, and the contact details you choose to provide. If you contact us separately, we also receive the contents of that correspondence.
Our hosting and security providers may generate ordinary technical records such as request time, requested page, browser or device information, IP address and security events. These records help deliver, protect and diagnose the website.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether a controlled pilot may be suitable, arrange a conversation and keep a proportionate record of the discussion. We use technical records to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Depending on the context, the lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website and responding to genuine business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We do not sell enquiry information.
The enquiry form and synthetic demo
The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not submit or store the form contents. Your email provider and ours process the message when you choose to send it.
The public demonstration is wholly synthetic. Its interaction state stays in the open browser page and is not sent to an API or production database. Do not enter real personal, resident, claimant, property, provider or operational information into the demonstration.
Cookies and tracking
We do not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics on this public website. Essential hosting and security infrastructure may use technical mechanisms needed to deliver and protect the service. If the site’s tracking or cookie use changes, this notice and any required choices must be updated before that change is used.
Who may process information
Information may be processed by service providers supporting website hosting, security and business email, and by professional advisers or public authorities where disclosure is reasonably necessary or legally required. We require service providers to handle information only for the relevant service and applicable legal obligations.
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those safeguards must be put in place through the relevant provider arrangements.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess a potential pilot, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Technical and security records are kept according to the proportionate retention settings of the relevant hosting and security services. Separately agreed pilot data has its own documented retention and deletion terms.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, erasure or restriction, to object to processing, and to receive certain information in a portable form. These rights are not absolute and depend on the purpose and lawful basis.
To exercise a right, email hello@verified-dispatch.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Sensitive and pilot information
Do not send special-category information, live dispatch details, evidence files or sensitive resident, claimant, property or provider data through a public enquiry. Pilot roles, data, processors, security, retention and deletion must be agreed separately before a controlled pilot begins.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the public website or our handling of enquiries changes. The substantive review date at the top identifies the current version.
